PRE-OWNED 7-DAY EXCHANGE POLICYPre-owned vehicle can only be exchanged in the event of major mechanical problems. Mechanical problems must be reported to Formula Ford Lincoln within 7 days (starting from delivery date) or 500 kms, whichever comes first. Vehicle must be inspected by Formula Ford Lincoln prior to exchange to confirm mechanical problems reported. Upon inspection of the vehicle, if mechanical problems reported are a direct result of an undisclosed accident by owner or third party, modifications or alterations made by owner or third party or deemed as owner neglect, the 7-day exchange policy shall be void and not applicable and owner will be responsible for inspection fee. One (1) single exchange per client (name of owner as outlined on Bill of Sale) is permitted at Formula Ford Lincoln. The 7-day guarantee is only valid for 7 days, starting from delivery date or 500 kms, whichever comes first, accompanied by original Bill of Sale for proof of purchase. Some exclusions apply. See below.The vehicle selected for exchange must be of equal or greater value than vehicle purchased outlined on Bill of Sale. If vehicle selected for exchange is greater in value than vehicle on original Bill of Sale, a one-time payment is required to cover price difference. All applicable taxes as required by law will be included.In the event of an exchange, any equipment that was added by Formula Ford Lincoln to the original vehicle as outlined on Bill of Sale, can be moved to the new vehicle at the customer?s expense. If equipment cannot be moved, items on original purchased vehicle are non-refundable. The exchanged vehicle must be returned in the same apparent condition and state it was in on original date of delivery. The vehicle exchange program cannot be assigned, transferred or sold, in whole or in part. The exchanged vehicle must first be inspected by Formula Ford Lincoln and approved for exchange. The exchange program does not apply to Second Chance Credit and alternative financing clients on all purchases made after February 1, 2020.Exclusions: The 7-day exchange policy shall be void for all Vehicles that have been damaged by the customer or anyone else, Commercial vehicles, Vehicles that have been modified or altered by the customer or third party, in any way whatsoever, Vehicles that have been inspected and repaired without prior authorization from Formula Ford Lincoln.
