The M Performance Carbon Side Skirts accentuate the low and dynamic stance of the M8. The M Performance Carbon Fibre Kidney Grille ensures an extremely striking appearance from the front of the vehicle. With an exposed carbon fibre finish, these components are elaborately crafted by hand and finally sealed with a clear finish and a high-gloss polish. Exclusive Interior Treatment – Bespoke Upholstery The BMW M8 Individual Manufaktur Limited Editions feature a bespoke interior upholstery design - a combination of Sakhir Orange and Black Merino leather has been carefully pulled and stitched together by BMW Individual to create an ultra-sporty look which is meant to evoke feelings of a racing cockpit in which the driver is cocooned. The lower side bolsters and thigh supports of the M Sport Seats are finished in the finest Black Merino leather with eye-catching contrast stitching in Sakhir Orange. This stitching interplays beautifully with the upper and lower seat inserts, upper shoulder bolstering, and headrests which are all finished in Sakhir Orange Merino leather. Finally the area surrounding the illuminated M8 badging in the headrests is upholstered in Black Merino leather, effectively drawing the eye to the iconic nameplate within. Elsewhere in the interior, Black Full Merino leather surrounds occupants for a road-focused feel, free of distraction. Sakhir Orange contrast stitching runs in parallel with the road on the door handles, door and center armrests, and finally up the center console toward the road ahead. A dynamically shaped swath of Sakhir Orange leather on the doors completes the unique cockpit upholstery treatment. A final dash of contrasting piping in Sakhir Orange surrounds the black velour floor mats to complement the impressive two-tone interior colour scheme. In the rear passenger area, the same sport-focused theme is continued with Black Merino leather surrounding Sakhir Orange inserts on seating surface. The final exclusive touch for the bespoke interior treatment of the BMW M8 Individual Manufaktur Limited Edition is the “Manufaktur” inscription which is carefully etched onto the central carbon fibre trim piece covering the cup holders and wireless charging tray.
